Glastonbury Flexercise Session.

Local charity, Age UK Somerset, is launching a new fun and friendly Flexercise session in Glastonbury.

Starting Tuesday 10th October, at St Edmonds Community Hall, 10:30am.

Specially designed for people over 55 who are not very mobile, the sessions are relaxed and informal. Why not come along and join them for some gentle, fun, seated exercise?
