Street Repair Café

Street starts its own Repair Café

What do you do with a broken toaster? A bike with a wheel out of true? A jumper with moth holes? Street is organising the first Repair Café at the Quaker Meeting House, 36 High Street, BA16 0EB on Saturday 24th February 10:00am – 12:00pm.

Volunteer repairers will make all possible repairs for a donation. You can bring broken items: lamps, hair dryers, clothes, toys, crockery… Many things can be repaired, which reduces waste and saves money.  Tea/coffee and home-made cakes served. Volunteer repairers, organisers and helpers still wanted.
