Proposed Residential Development At Brooks Farm, Street

There is a proposal by the Trustees of J D Clark 1984 Settlement to build 160 homes on Brooks Farm, Street situated on the corner of Middle Brooks and Brooks Road on the S.W. outskirts.

An online public consultation has been held regarding the proposals prior to a planning application being submitted.

The proposal has generated considerable concerns and opposition.
